  From the first point in … More which we contacted S&O about the possibility of doing the work for us, the communication was concise, clear and they immediately stood out as being one of the more professional outfits that we had engaged with when looking for quotes.
  Once we decided to go with S&O, the lead time they gave us before they could start the work was accurate, and any questions we had in the meantime Steve was more than happy to answer for us.
  Once the work began, it was all go, and the progress was rapid and efficient. The two guys they had working on our house, John & Dan, are an absolute credit to the company. They were respectful, extremely hard working, clearly very good at what they do and the house was left immaculate at the end of each day. We had 3 neighbours go out of their way to say what good lads they were and what a good job they were doing.
  Likewise, the subbies they used were all excellent, and was reassuring to know that they had all worked on plenty of S&O projects in the past. Collectively they all made a great team.
  The photos don’t really do it justice, but we could not be happier with the workmanship and the end product by far exceeds our expectations.

  There are many "Loft Conversion" companies! Who can you trust to deliver, perfect quality, on time, on budget? The acid test is when the building inspectors come to your door and say "Who is doing your work"? and you … More say S&O and HBC inspectors say "Good, this will be fine then" you can be certain your investment has a professional and certificated seal of approval. Don't waste time with the less experienced, choose the best and go S&O and add value to your property and relax....
